Peps is operated by Kushal Sokke Malleshappa (Kushal SM). This policy describes the information Peps handles when you connect it to ChatGPT and keep your journal.

What Peps receives

Peps receives what is sent to its tools: weights and goals, plus any optional GLP-1 medication names, dose strengths, schedules, shot dates, times and sites, feelings or side-effect notes, meals with calorie and protein estimates, and other notes you send. These records can include sensitive health information. We also store your email address and the connection details needed to link your journal to you. If you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier and verified email. With email and password, we store a password hash, never the password itself.

Connecting Peps does not give it access to your ChatGPT history. It receives only what is included in calls made to it.

How it is used

To save and show your journal, run your connection, and investigate problems. When you open your journal in ChatGPT, the relevant entries are returned to ChatGPT so it can answer and display them.

Storage and service providers

Peps runs on Cloudflare, and your journal is stored in Cloudflare D1. Google handles Google sign-in; Peps asks only for your identity, not your Gmail, Drive or other data. OpenAI runs ChatGPT and handles your conversations under its own policies. Information may be processed outside your country.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. This website has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Keeping and deleting information

Your journal is kept until you delete it. You can export or delete it from your account at any time, or email us. Deleting your account removes your journal and revokes ChatGPT's access. Backups held by our providers may persist for their retention period. Disconnecting Peps in ChatGPT does not delete your journal on its own, and deleting in Peps does not delete copies already in your ChatGPT conversations.
