These terms govern your use of Peps, operated by Kushal Sokke Malleshappa (Kushal SM). By using Peps you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
What Peps is
Peps is a weight and progress journal. It stores and shows weigh-ins, goals, meals and notes you choose to record through ChatGPT. Optional GLP-1 records include medication names, dose labels, shot dates and sites, schedules and side-effect notes. It does not give medical advice, recommend a medicine, strength or schedule, or estimate anything about your body beyond the numbers you log. Talk to a qualified professional about your care.
Your content
You own what you record. You let us store, process and display it to provide Peps. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Using the service
Use Peps lawfully. Don't try to access another person's journal, get around access controls, or disrupt the service. ChatGPT and other providers have their own terms.
Availability
We work to keep Peps available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check what was saved, and export your journal if you need your own copy. We may change or discontinue features.
Ending use
You can stop using Peps and disconnect it at any time, and export or delete your journal from your account.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Peps is provided as available, without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made from journal content or ChatGPT responses. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
