Use it in ChatGPT

Peps is being prepared for review and is not publicly listed in the ChatGPT app directory. An existing test connection may still be named Peps until it is updated. In a configured test connection, say “Start my weight journal” or “Show Peps”.

If something didn't save

Ask ChatGPT to show your journal. If an entry is missing, tell it again; if it's wrong, ask it to correct it.
